FIFE INDIAN RESTAURANT AWARDED AS A BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT IN THE SCOTLAND
Fife’s Dhoom Indian Street Restaurant from Dunfermline won another two Awards as BEST OF SOUTHEAST AND BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT IN THE SCOTLAND, from Scottish curry Award, which was held in Glasgow. on 13/06/22.
As per the Chef.D.Prasad , “we are thrilled about winning the best Indian restaurant in whole Scotland”.
“I would like to say thanks to my whole family of Dhoom for their hard work and dedication, and a special thanks to all my guests for their support since the opening”.
“Dhoom is the first Indian Streetery restaurant in Fife and is continuously getting Recognition from all over Scotland, we change our menu every three months”, According to Mr. Prasad (Head Chef), “we are the only one restaurant in the country who travelled all over India every time we change the menu and try to get real street food from different regions of Indian streets, all our guests love the food and our concept, of serving the best and healthiest food to our guests, by not using any butter , cream or nuts in the food, which will make comfort to the stomach after eating the food”.
“My dream was from day one to give healthy, tasty, and basic food to my guest, so Dhoom brings my dream in live. After opening around 50 restaurants for other people, finally I managed to open my own to make my dream true, my whole team is so much passionate about the hospitality industry, it’s not only the quality of the food, in terms of service we give our best to the guest,

“And the food from the beginning is Dairy free, Nuts Free and Gluten free. it’s a very simple concept, with proper flavour of the Indian street food”.

Chef.D.Prasad’s Story
“I came from a small village of northern part of India, where there is no electricity, no roads and not even a good toilets, I used to walk 15 kilometres to the school, it’s a big achievement for me to own a restaurant which become best in whole Scotland. I am so thankful to my family friends and well-wishers for their continuous support”
