Green Beans are delicious just now. Here are 5 ways to cook & eat them.
1. Steam your beans to retain as many of the vitamins & minerals as possible.
2. Run cooked beans under cold running water for a few seconds after cooking to set the colour.
3. Use cooked beans in a salad.
4. Mix chopped beans into fishcakes or use 2cm lengths in fish or chicken pie.
5. Green beans are a great addition to a stirfry.
